- For use on wood or metal doors up to 135 lb., not larger than 3.5 feet wide and 7 feet tall.
- Camtrol action makes possible a snug application without rounding of the door edge.
- Cam box mortises into wood floor.
- For door thicknesses of 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".
- Cam boxes are brass, door brackets are steel (satin chrome plated), cam box trim plates are brass (satin chrome plated).
- Each cam box measures 3-7/8" by 1-1/4" by 29/32" tall.

Camtrol Double Acting Pivot Hinge, Surface Mounted

Description:

- This product is the same as our SKU 234024 except that the bottom pivot surface mounts instead of installing in a mortise (cutout) in the floor. Made for masonry installations. This application requires a 1" gap between the bottom of the door and the surface of your floor.
- For use on wood or metal doors up to 135lb, not larger than 3.5 feet wide and 7 feet tall.
- Camtrol action makes possible a snug application without rounding of the door edge.
- Cam boxes are solid brass, door brackets are steel (satin chrome plated). Cam box trim plates are brass (satin chrome plated).
- For door thicknesses of 1-3/8" to 1-3/4".
- Top cam box measures 3-7/8" by 1-1/4" by 29/32" tall.
- Bottom surface mount plate measures 3-7/8" by 3-1/4".

- For large cabinet doors and full size doors
- Made of solid brass with steel pins
- Flat head wood screws are included
- For SKU numbers 838198 to 838242 the pivot screw is flush with the hinge (as shown in photo to left).
- For SKU numbers 838250 to 838252, the pivot screw has a raised slotted head which measures about 3/4" in diameter and is 3/16" above the hinge surface.This large style pivot hinge pivots on roller bearings. A pivot base is available for these 3 SKU numbers only. It is offered for purchase during checkout.
- For tall doors an intermediate pivot hinge is recommended to keep the middle part of the door in alignment. Our SKU's 838204 through 838206 will work with any of the pivot hinges in this section. Intermediate pivots are offered for purchase during checkout.
- The listed weight ratings are for a pair of hinges.

- This pivot base is used with our Large Pivot Hinges (SKU numbers 838250, 838251 and 838252 only).
- The pivot base replaces one leg of the pivot hinge (the non-door leg) to allow an easier installation if installing in concrete, marble, stone or any other material where a smaller cutout is desired.
- Pivot base measures approximately 1.25" in height by 1" in diameter at the top and 3/4" in diameter at the bottom.
- Made from solid brass.

- These intermediate pivots work only with our pivot hinges in the SKU range from 838198 to 838252.
- An intermediate pivot hinge is used for taller doors to keep the middle part of the door in alignment with the pivot hinges at the top and bottom of the door.
- Made from solid brass material.
- Includes matching wood screws.
- Each hinge leaf measures 2-1/2" tall by 1-1/4" wide by 5/16" thick. Total width of hinge including hinge barrel is 2-1/2".

Pocket Pivot Hinge (Harmon Hinge)

- When the door is in the pocket it is completely clear of the door opening
