- Under cabinet cook book holder allows cook book storage underneath your kitchen cabinet. To use cook book simply pull down the front of the holder and your cook book can be viewed at the perfect angle.
- The cook book holder uses a compound action hinge with springs to hold it in both the open and closed position.
- Clear acrylic cook book platform measures 18-1/4" wide by 9-1/4" deep.
- In the open position the bottom of the cook book holder is 11-1/2" from the underside of the cabinet (downward projection).
- In the closed position the bottom of the cook book holder is 3" from the underside of the cabinet.
- To properly install the cook book holder it needs 20.5" of width and 10.5" of depth under the cabinet.

- This device may be used for limiting the swing of a cabinet door anywhere from 0 to slightly more than 90 degrees depending on how you elect to install the mounting plates.
- A typical installation would be to mount the right angle swivel plate on the inside surface of the door and to mount the second plate on the underside of a shelf or the underside of the top of the cabinet.
- Available in a "Left Hand" or "Right Hand" model.
- Use a "Right Hand" model if your door is hinged on the right hand side of the cabinet as you are facing the cabinet.
- This device may also be used to support drop down desk tops. If ordering for use as a drop down desk support, order one "Left Hand" and one "Right Hand" model.

- It is known as a "Secret Gate Latch" but it is actually more of a cabinet latch.
- It is used in banks, offices, restaurants and bars as a latch to secure a hinged countertop.
- Because the button to unlatch it is not obvious it acts as a low security device.
- It can be used on any hinged device where you can reach around and access the button on the latch.
- Made from aluminum with some steel parts.
- Latch is reversible (open device and flip latch over to reverse)
- Gap must be no more than 1/4" for latch to work (latch projects 3/8").
- Latch is 3.5" long and 2" wide. Strike is 3/4" long and 2" wide. Latch is approximately 5/8" thick.
