Adjustable hinges make gate installs much less of a hassle, usually only taking minutes to complete. Whether you're building a gate for your backyard, a pool area, or for commercial property, the Locinox 180 Degree Weld-On 4D Adjustable Hinge is an effective and functional option. Plus, as a product of Locinox, it's been rigorously tested to ensure it's of the best value and quality.
Both homeowners and homebuilders can equally benefit from the versatility of this gate hinge. The Locinox 180 Degree Weld-On 4D Adjustable Hinge offers the ability to adjust the depth and spacing between the gate and post after installation. This will allow you to make changes to it after getting the gate set up so you don't have to waste time getting it perfect at the start. The height is adjustable to 7/8" and the minimum gap is 1 3/8". The grip on this hinge is hot dipped, meaning it was coated with molten zinc to make it more durable. The zinc creates a protective layer for the grip, so it lasts longer without developing an unattractive coat of rust. The Locinox 180 Degree Weld-On 4D Adjustable Hinge has a 180-degree opening and closing angle, so the gate will feel fluid as you open it and close it back. The handing is reversible, so it won't matter which way you install it. If you need several hinges, you can qualify for a quantity discount if you order 10 or more. Homebuilders will be able to offer these to clients and build highly functional and great-looking gates with these hinges.

I want to replace my hinges. How do I make sure the screw holes on the new hinge match the screw holes on the old hinge so I do not have to redrill the holes?
I want to replace my hinges. How do I make sure the screw holes on the new hinge match the screw holes on the old hinge so I do not have to redrill the holes?
Unfortunately, hinge manufacturers have never standardized the location of their screw hole patterns. Every manufacturer puts their screw holes in a slightly different place. This means that when you replace hinges you will almost certainly have to do some filling and redrilling. The exception to this is Architectural door hinges which are built to a standardized template for each size hinge.
