Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Items must be in brand-new condition (never installed) and in their original undamaged packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following items are not returnable:

  • Merchandise missing parts or screws
  • Merchandise with damaged packaging
  • Special order items (products that we do not normally stock or for quantities that are larger than what we normally stock.)
  • Merchandise that is discontinued or items marked on the website as non-returnable. If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly marked on the product page.

All returns must be approved before shipping product back to us. To initiate a return, please use the link below. Once your return is approved, you will be asked to ship the merchandise back to us. We will provide you with a return label. If used, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If possible, pack your return in its original shipping box or a plain, sturdy cardboard box. Add packing material to protect the merchandise and securely seal the box with tape. Make sure any previous labels are covered or removed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ERRORS

Review the contents of your shipment as soon as you receive it. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your replacement will be prioritized and we will work to resolve the error as soon as we can. We do not recommend scheduling your installer until hardware is on hand and confirmed to be correct. Replacements will be shipped via the same shipping speed as the original order.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed as two separate transactions; a new purchase and a return. If you need to make an exchange, please refer to the return guidelines above and make a new purchase online.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. We do not refund shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed.

RETURNS WITH QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

On certain items we offer a discounted price based on the quantity purchased (the price gets lower if you purchase a higher quantity). If you buy 1 to 10 of an item, the price might be $5.00 each. If you buy 12 or more, the price might be $4.00. If you buy 12 of these items and then make a partial return of 5, your refund will be adjusted to reflect that your net purchase was 7 pieces. Your refund will be calculated by refunding the entire sale (less shipping) at the lower price and then re-charging you for 10 at the higher price. This will be done as one transaction.
